Ashley Phillips BSN, RN, CNOR is a native of Locust Fork, Alabama and attended Jefferson State Community College where she obtained her Associate in Science degree. She then went on to earn her Baccalaureate of Nursing Degree at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. In 2017, she became a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room. Ashley is an active member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses and has 16 years of perioperative experience that she brings to our team. Ashley resides in Madison County with her husband Jason and two children.
